Christian ethic principles accentuate:
- Love
- Mercy
- Forgiveness
"Love your neighbour as you love yourself"
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind."
Christianity doesn't include any codes or laws to help Christians apply these principles to their lives, but at the heart of Christian philosophy is a great concern for justice. Catholic Christians strive to put love into practice in every situation, and choose to act justly to themselves and those around them.
This idea of ethical behaviour all leads to the Kingdom of God, where all people are loved equally, act justly to one another, create peace and forgiveness and can live together in harmony.
The Catholic Christian Church has strong body of teaching on social justice.
